SMS Program Terms

These SMS Program Terms apply to text messages sent by Retirement Actuarial Services LLC (“RAS”) in connection with the Tax Reduction Opportunity MRI™, requested planning information, no-obligation plan reviews, appointment updates, and direct replies.

Consent and message purpose

When you separately check the SMS consent box and provide a mobile number, you authorize RAS to send recurring informational and promotional text messages about your requested MRI results, planning-review request, appointments, and related follow-up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving the requested MRI results.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies and is generally no more than four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s terms and charges govern your wireless service.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any RAS text message to opt out. After you send STOP, RAS may send one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for help or call 800-297-4987.

Carrier notice

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

RAS handles personal information in accordance with the RAS Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as necessary to deliver the RAS messaging program and related services.

Eligibility and changes

You must be authorized to use the mobile number you provide. RAS may change or discontinue the SMS program, and may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
